| Product Description: |
| Amerway rosin cored wire solder provides excellent wetting action in
any electronic hand soldering application. This flux may be cleaned with Amerway Enviroclean
900-25 aqueous cleaner in a 5%-10% solution. |
| Alloy: |
| This core wire is manufactured from grade A virgin metals and is available in many
alloys including those conforming to QQ-S-571 and ASTM B32. The most common electronic
alloys are 63/37 and 60/40. |
| Availability: |
| Amerway core wire is available in any diameter from .020 inch to .125 inch and
is packaged on 1#, 5#, or 25# spools. |
| Flux: |
| We utilize the purest grade of water white gum rosin available along with activators
which provide the fastest wetting action possible. The strength of the flux activity is defined as
RA rosin activated. Flux core sizes are available in a weight of 1, 2, and 3 percent. |

| Safety: |
| This wire is not considered to be toxic material. However, the small amount of fumes
generated from decomposition and reaction during soldering should be adequately
vented/exhausted to provide complete operator safety. MSDS available upon request. |
