Eye Higher concentrations can cause eye irritation.
Skin Contact Constant and continuous contact may cause skin irritation.
Skin Absorption No evidence of adverse effects from available information.
Ingestion Large quantities may cause drowsiness and loss of consciousness. Stomach cramps, pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea may occur.
Inhalation Headache or throat irritation may occur.
Systemic & Other Effects Chronic overexposure may cause irritation of the
mucous membranes.
Section 08 First Aid Procedures
Eyes If irritation or redness develops from vapor exposure, move person to fresh air. For direct contact, flush eyes immediately with large amounts of water.
Skin Remove contaminated clothing, wash affected skin area thoroughly with mild soap and water.
Ingestion Aspiration hazard, do not induce vomiting or give anything by mouth. Get immediate medical attention.
Inhalation Remove to fresh air. If breathing stops, give artificial respiration and get medical attention as soon as possible.
Note to Physician Aspiration into the lungs can cause lung inflammation and
damage. There is no specific antidote.

Ventilation Confine within closed, well ventilated equipment where possible. Special local ventilation is needed at points where vapors can be expected to escape to the workplace air.
Respiratory Protection Use NIOSH/MSHA approved respirators where
exposures exceed PEL/TLV’s.
